The mandatory school shut down imposed by the State of Illinois is currently in effect until 4/30/20. My students have a V.L.D. Folder that contains 10 days of coursework. When that work is completed they may begin working on the V.L.D. Binder. I.S.B.E. recommends that 2nd grade students work for no more than 90 minutes a day on their V.L.D. classwork. Spelling lists can be found on Spellingcity.com and the Lesson Plan page.
